- Payment data — billing details handled securely by Stripe, Apple, or Google; we never store raw card numbers
- Usage data — pages visited, events watched, session duration, and device type

- Communications — any messages you send to our support team

Your data is used only for the purposes described below:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the UAE Boxing Stream service
- Processing subscription payments and sending transaction receipts
- Sending important service notifications (e.g. upcoming events, outages)
- Responding to support requests and resolving disputes
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Complying with legal obligations under UAE law
We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for targeted advertising without your explicit consent.

Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- Active accounts: data is retained while your account is open
- Cancelled subscriptions: billing records kept for 7 years per UAE tax regulations
- Deleted accounts: personal data is purged within 30 days of the deletion request
- Anonymised usage statistics may be retained indefinitely
You can request full account and data deletion at any time via the Delete Account option in your app settings.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with third parties when strictly necessary:
- Payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google) to handle transactions securely
- Cloud infrastructure providers who host our services under strict data processing agreements
- Law enforcement when required by UAE law or valid court order
- Business transfers — in the unlikely event of a merger or acquisition, under equivalent data protections

Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform so we can improve it.
- Essential cookies — required for login and core functionality; cannot be disabled
- Analytics cookies — anonymous usage data; you can opt out in your account settings
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies

Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously. Our measures include:
- All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS / TLS connections
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text
- Payment data is tokenised and handled entirely by PCI-DSS compliant processors
- Access to production systems is restricted and audited
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with applicable data protection law.
