What Gets Permanently Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems within 30 days of your request:
- Your profile — name, email address, profile photo, and account settings
- Watch history and saved event replays
- Followed boxers and personalised recommendations
- All active and past subscription entitlements
- In-app messages and support ticket history
- Any other personal data associated with your account

What We Are Required to Keep
Certain records must be retained for legal and regulatory compliance even after account deletion:
- Transaction and billing records (7 years — UAE Federal Tax Authority requirement)
- Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data
- Records of any terms-of-service violations if legal proceedings are pending
These records are kept in a form that cannot be used to identify you in everyday operations and are accessible only when required by law.

Before You Delete — Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription, please be aware of the following before proceeding:
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — you must cancel it separately in your device settings
- Any remaining subscription time is forfeited upon account deletion and is non-refundable
- If you subscribed directly through our website, your subscription is cancelled automatically on deletion
Tip: Cancel your subscription first, use it until it expires, then delete your account to get the most out of your paid period.

How to Delete Your Account — In App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the mobile app:

Open the app and sign inMake sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete

Go to ProfileTap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar

Open SettingsTap the gear icon in the top-right corner of your profile screen

Scroll to "Delete Account"You will find the option at the bottom of the Settings page

Confirm deletionRead the warning, type your password to confirm, and tap "Delete My Account"

Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us from the email address registered to your account. Include your full name and the reason for deletion so we can process your request promptly.

For security, deletion requests submitted by email require identity verification. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before proceeding.
